Hello, I'm Tanya. Two decades helping regional Australian small businesses find their feet — over 400 advisory engagements with SMEs from Alice Springs to Rockhampton, plus a property inspection business I started, ran and sold over eight years in Darwin. More recently I've consulted to Deloitte on the Northern Australia Development Program working with businesses across diverse industries, partnered with local government on a regional gold and copper supply chain and local content project, and led sustainable procurement initiatives. I bring deep cross-sector experience working across federal, state and local government as well as the private sector — turning policy into practical outcomes for the businesses on the ground. I'm GAICD-qualified through the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and I built People First AI because every regional business owner I meet is either ignoring AI or being sold something they don't need. Plain English, down to earth, honest advice, and a coffee if you're ever in Rocky.
